Featured Website - Prism Studios

Paul Chadwick from Prism Studios approached us as he wanted to create a much stronger online presence for his company to reflect the new branding and new company name. Paul wanted to expand into web commercials with bigger production companies and therefore he wanted his new website to have a very premium feel to it. He also wanted to be able to edit the website himself and to regularly add new examples of his work to his site. 

 

When we discussed Paul's vision for the business and the company values, we knew that the website had to reflect the passion for what he does. He didn’t want to be corporate or rely too much on large amounts of copy. The new website needed to be vibrant, fun, warm and with a big personality. 

 

The site is one of our Max Package websites with a horizontal scrolling banner allowing Paul to communicate the different services that Prism Studios offers. Scrolling banners give a great visual impact as well as enabling a business to get across different messages on their home page. 

 

We created a stylish, creative design for Prism Studios that oozes fun and quirkiness. 

 

We started by introducing the favoured colour palette from their original website - the pink. We paired this with navy blue to give a professional feel throughout. 

 

The scroller was added to the homepage with an overlay slant for the logo and intro information, inspired by the Prism Studios branding. We then added spilt columns in a slanted style, to make the intro content sections more interesting.

We were over the moon at how pleased Paul was with his new website. He felt we had really captured everything he had wanted. This is why we spend time with our clients at the beginning of the process to make sure we get to know them and their business as much as possible.
